Vishal has a rich experience of two decades in real estate advisory, strategy and Lifesciences industry. He acted as the Managing Director/ Head of Alexandria India operations where he deployed over USD 200 million and personally managed the development of over 1 million sq. ft. of Lifesciences real estate assets. He has been instrumental in conceptualizing and developing the ‘Genome Valley’ cluster in Hyderabad city under the PPP model as an Advisor to the Government. At Rx Propellant, he devised a pan-India strategy to establish Lifesciences clusters in high-growth market and identified investment opportunity of USD ~500 million across 6 million sq. ft. in multiple cities.

Jasmeet is a seasoned professional with almost two decades of experience in deal-making, fund raising (institutional & private banking), and third-party portfolio management. He held the position of Chief Investment Officer for a decade with 2 leading India-focused real estate funds, viz., India REIT, and Red Fort Capital. He was a key member in the growth of India REIT from scratch to USD 900 million. He has an impressive track record of having managed a portfolio of over USD 1 billion covering different life stages. He was involved in multiple exits with IRRs above 20% net of tax and money multiples in the range of 2.2x-3.0x.

Milind brings over 12 years of experience in Lifesciences real estate business development, leasing and advisory services, in addition to management & investment of specialized industrial assets. He successfully developed and leased Grade-A assets to major global and Indian Lifesciences companies including Novartis Healthcare, GSK Consumer Healthcare, Syngene International, Biocon, Sandoz India, Alembic Pharma and Mylan Pharma among others. He was a part of the team at Alexandria India and developed India’s First LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified, platinum-rated Lifesciences building.

Sandhya is a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience in diverse sectors such as real estate, manufacturing, NBFCs, renewable power, IT and ITES, healthcare, diagnostics, and pharma. Areas of expertise include financial statement reporting, fundraising, enterprise risk management, budgeting, MIS, MA, tax  planning and structuring, Private Equity, Board and Audit Committee coordination, etc. She is a Member of the FRRB (Financial Reporting Review Board) of ICAI. Her past associations include prominent organizations such as Vijaya Diagnostic Centre, NSL Group and S.R. Batliboi Co., (a member firm of EY Global).

Ravindra is a seasoned Design and Project Management professional with about three decades of diverse experience across multiple asset classes. He has delivered 30+ million sq. ft. of innovative large-scale projects across corporate, tech, retail, hospitality, healthcare, mixed-use, R&D and residential asset classes with a project-built cost of over USD 975 million. His past associations include SRS Investment Advisors and Cushman & Wakefield. He is a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Architects (IIA), Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, and Member of ISHRAE.

Ketki is a Lifesciences professional with a deep understanding of the Pharma/Biotech/CRO value chain and about 14 years of experience in industry as well as academia. She is adept in international business development, primarily in Europe and Japan, marketing, operations and strategy for pharma services and products. Prior to joining Rx Propellant, she worked in pharma analytics at Excelra Knowledge Solutions (formerly a part of GVK BIO, now Aragen Lifesciences). She holds a Ph.D. in Neurochemistry from University of Bremen, Germany and two years of post-doctoral experience from IISER Pune.

Pooja is a driven corporate lawyer with a comprehensive background in commercial/ contractual negotiations, litigation, arbitration as well as regulatory proceedings. She has an experience of over 7 years in diverse aspects of legal practice pertaining to arbitration law (domestic and international), corporate law, insolvency regulations, contracts law, maritime law (domestic and international), competition law, regulatory compliances and engaging with regulatory authorities such as SEBI, DGFT and DRI. Pooja leads the in-house legal function that oversees and advises on the legal aspects of transactions where Rx Propellant has an interest.
